The central issue for decision making in stock trading is to pick the right stocks at the right time. In order to select superior stocks (alternatives) for investment, a finite number of alternatives, rather than taking into account multiple criteria, and sometimes conflicting. Therefore, we are using a special multi-criteria decision problem. The purpose of this paper is to establish a decision model for selecting stocks in the stock market and a superior model for developing the structure of the problem. The proposed model is based on two pillars: a structured review and valuation industry. The preference ranking method for evaluating the organization of enrichment (PROMETHEE) was used to solve the problem. The model was in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) as a real case and a survey used by experts to identify effective approaches to the review of industrial and business conducted evaluation.

This article describes a method to reduce the risk in making decisions about individual events, taking into account secondary information on the relationship between these individual events and the entire sequence of events. The proposed method is presented to decision-making used in stock trading. Probability of trade in predicting the development of the movement of a concrete proposal. This probability is based on the predicted values of returns and volatility. For this, the relationship of trends in the movement between individual actions and the whole bag is taken into account. A simulation study was carried out of the stock market of this probability as the basic criterion of equity trading with real data it has. The results show that the proposed method has a high probability of an outcome better than the isolated view of the general trend of the stock market. Potential applications of the proposed method are also discussed.
